Sauk Prairie Coop Boys Swim Team Announces Award Winners For This Season

Coach Todd Wuerger led his Sauk-Prairie-Wisconsin Heights coop high school boys swim team to a big season and another successful season was recognized at the team’s awards banquet. The coop placed second in Badger North and the program sent nine swimmersto the State meet, a program record. Senior Bryan Frosch won two individual medals at State with a third place finish in the 500 Free and a fourth in the 100 Breaststroke, earning All-State honors in those two events,¬†and Spencer Shuman medaled in the 100 Backstroke with a sixth place finish. Shuman, Greg Radix, Owen Wills and Frosch also combined to win a medal in the State 200 Medley Relay and all earn All-State honorable mention recognition. James Cefalu, Owen Doerre, Dalton Fandrich, Austin Breunig and Kyle Ertmer also competed at the State Meet. Frosch and Kody Fisher were recognzied as Academic All-State competitors with Justin Grauvogl¬† and Senior Owen Wills sharing the Eric Krueger award. Senior Greg Radix wins Most Improved honors with Bryan Frosch selected as MVP for the 2013-204 season.
