Sauk Prairie Coop Boys Swim Awards Announced For This Season

The successful seasons continue to grow for the Sauk-Prairie-Wisconsin Heights boys swim team and 2012-2013 certainly falls into that category as well as the team’s award winners have been announced by head coach Todd Wuerger. The Sauk-Heights coop placed second in the Badger North Meet and a total of seven swimmers qualified for the State meet including Junior Bryan Frosch, Senior Andrew Meng, Sophomore Spencer Shuman and Junior Owen Wills qualifying in two events individually with James Cefalu also a State individual qualifier and those were five were joined in one relay each by Brady Mautz and Dalton Sandrich. Pablo Morales won the Most Improved award at the team’s season ending awards banquet with the Eric Krueger Coaches award going to Senior Andrew Meng with Junior Bryan Frosch voted as the MVP of the squad for 2012-2013 with Frosch winning medals in both of his individual events, placing fourth in the 200 IM and 5th in the 500 Free.
