The seven Badger North squads and five from Badger South will gather and points earned today based on the order of finish combined with points earned for each win in the dual season help determine the final overall team standings within each division. No champions from our immediate area but Baraboo will look to Trevor Hanson, Willy Pierce, Kolt Bode, Riley Fichter and David Gale as 20-win wrestlers along with Andre Mayllen among others as top hopefuls today. Sauk-Prairie was second behind Mount Horeb-Barneveld in the Badger North dual season and are one of the top team hopefuls today along with Mount Horeb-Barneveld and Badger South dual champion Fort Atkinson. Sauk wrestlers with 20 wins or more include Eddie Smith, Austin Fjoser, Austin Powell, Brandon Sprecher, Chris Chrisler, Jared Schaaf, Caleb Sisbach and Gavin Halverson with Fjoser and Powell already at the 30-win mark. Reedsburg was 3rd in the Badger North dual season just ahead of Baraboo but behind Mount Horeb and Sauk and the Beavers ended the season with ten straight dual wins and they feature several 20-win wrestlers as well including Wyatt Rabuck, Nate Erbs, Austin Bretsch, Ty Brandt, Mack Bautch, Aaron Lopp and Nick Noye. The seeding meeting will take place this morning after it was postponed earlier in the week so that will likely delay the start of wrestling.
