Wrestling: Baraboo 39 De Forest 30 in Badger North-Baraboo winners included Trevor Hanson, Ely Flesch, Andre Meyllen, William Pierce, Kolt Bode, Andrew Thompson and Riley Fichter with Baraboo 1-1 in the conference and De Forest 1-2.

Boys Hockey: Onalaska 7 Baraboo-Portage 1-Baraboo’s coop trailed only 2-1 after one period but Onalaska scored five unanswered goals over the final two periods. Steve Mordini had the lone goal for Baraboo-Portage who is now 7-4-1 overall.

Madison Edgewood 7 Reedsburg-Wisconsin Dells 6 OT-Matt Olson had two goals and two assists for RWD with Andrew Schulenburg, Sean Teske, Colin Scanlon and Cortland Maxfield the other goal scorers with RWD now 9-5 for the season.

Girls Basketball:Non-Conference- Baraboo 64 La Crosse Central 44-Sam Terry scores a season high 28 points as the Thunderbirds led 47-18 at halftime. Emily Brinker and Carli Zimmerman add 14 points each as Baraboo goes to 9-0 with five straight wins by 20 points or more. Central had 23 turnovers against an agressive Baraboo defense.

Holmen 45 Reedsburg 37-Reedsburg has lost two in a row with a 5-3 overall record. Reedsburg rallied from six down at halftime to within one after three quarters before 7-2 Holmen pulls away. Beth Maenpaa scores 12 points for the Beavers.

Adams-Friendship 43 Sauk-Prairie 36-Emma Roenneburg scores 24 points for 10-1 Adams who ends the game on a 9-1 run. Sauk is now 6-4 overall and this is their first non-c0nference loss of the season with Georgia Breunig scoring 14 to lead the Eagles.

Boys Basketball: Non-Conference-La Crosse Central 64 Baraboo 27, Baraboo falls to 1-9 with their 8th straight loss. Baraboo trailed 38-9 by halftime and were guilty of 29 turnovers in the contest. Andrew Hendricks scored 11 points for Baraboo while state ranked La Crosse Central is now 11-0.

Waupun 63 Portage 54-Portage hit five three-point goals in falling to 4-6 overall, Daniel Beck scores 19 in defeat for the Warriors.

Badger North-Waunakee 66 Reedsburg 49, Waunakee built a 30-18 halftime lead and they get the win to go 3-0 in conference with Reedsburg 2-2 and 6-4 overall. Nate Runde and Capreace Salinas combine for 28 points in the loss for Reedsburg and Robert Bymers had 21 for Waunakee.

South-Central Conference-Wisconsin Dells 81 Nekoosa 72, Dells hits the 80-point mark for the fourth time but they give up a season high 72 points. The number one ranked Chiefs are 12-0 overall and 5-0 in the SCC.

Mauston 60 Adams 34-Mauston shares the conference lead with Dells at 5-0 and the Golden Eagles have already played 15 games overall.

Wautoma 60 Westfield 58-first conference win of the season for Wautoma

Scenic Bluffs Conference-Bangor 54 Hillsboro 52, Hillsboro up three after three periods before Bangor rallies. Both teams are now 3-2 in the conference with Brandon Stanek scoring 12 and Max Stockwell ten for the Tigers in the loss.

Boys Swimming: Baraboo 126 De Forest 44-Tanner Craker wins two events for Baraboo who won all 11 event titles and finished second in 9 of 11 events as well.
