The WBCA weekly high school boys and girls basketball state rankings are updated now for this week and a few area teams continue to garner high marks. Baraboo’s girls squad is rated number five in D-2 with a 2-0 record with New Lisbon tenth in D-5 and Monona Grove from Badger South is atop the D-2 rankings with the top ranked teams including De PERE, MG, Kewaunee, Cuba City and Milwaukee Heritage Christian on the girls side. Wisconsin Dells holds down the three spot in the D-3 boys poll at 7-0 with unbeaten Royall also third in D-5 and Waunakee represents Badger North at number four in D-2 and the top ranked boys teams are Germantown, Onalaska, Little Chute, Whitefish Bay Dominican and Randolph.
