Girls Basketball: Badger North-Baraboo 61 Sauk-Prairie 37-Sam Terry scores 21 points and Emily Brinker 20 for Baraboo who used a 21-7 second period advantage to take control in their conference and season opener, Freshman Ali Roach scored 11 for Sauk-Prairie, now 1-1 overall and 0-1 in Badger North, Waunakee 74 Mount Horeb 43-Sam Murray scores 17 for Waunakee in the league opener for both teams.
Non-Conference-Wisconsin Dells 37 Lancaster 30-Karissa Mace scores 11 for Dells with the Lady Chiefs now 2-2 overall and the Dells girls host Tomah tonight.

Girls Hockey: Badger Thunder at Marshfield tonight at 7 PM
Wrestling: Weston-Ithaca 4th and Reedsburg 5th at the nine-team Reedsburg Invite, Wyatt Rabuck was Reedsburg’s lone champion at 113 pounds with Hunter Dischler at 106 and Cody Willis at 152 winning titles for Weston-Ithaca, Lancaster won the team title.
Sauk-Prairie 2nd behind Beaver Dam at the Campbellsport Cougar Invite with Eddie Smith at 120, Austin Fjoser at 136, Jordan Powell at 152, Brandon Sprecher at 160, Caleb Sisbach at 195 all won titles for the Eagles.
Mauston 1st, Royall 2nd, Wisconsin Dells 3rd and Hillsboro 7th at the Royall Invite-Area champs included Willie Vandenlangenberg of Wisconsin Dells, Chris Ruf, John Maki, Spencer Davies, Colin Dolata, Justin Dolata and Eric LeBeau of Mauston, Max Sebranek of Hillsboro and Christian Moore from Royall High School.
Portage 4th at the Black River Falls Invite-Spencer Shier 1st for Portage at 285, Nekoosa-Port Edwards won the team title.
Baraboo 2nd behind Lodi at the Baraboo JV Tourney-Barboo 1st’s for Patrick Broe, Ian Krszjzaniek, Josh Ennis-Miller, Zack Raymond, Cal Holloway, Hermes Duran, Taylor Henke and Jordan Smith with other first’s going to Tyler Braun, Brian Braun and Jordan Johnson of Wisconsin Dells and Josh Kuester, Austin Kinner, Thayden Haugen, Dylan Le Moine of Reedsburg.
Boys Swimming: Sauk-Prairie Coop 3rd and Baraboo 4th in team scoring at the Sun Prairie Invite-Baraboo’s Tanner Craker wins the 50 Freestyle and also placed second in the 100 Butterfly, Bryan Frosch had two top three finishes for the Sauk-Prairie-Wisconsin Heights Coop.
Dells Ducks Junior Hockey sweeps the Edina Lakers in two games over the weekend including a 5-1 win Saturday and a 3-2 win on an overtime shoot-out Sunday.
