Baraboo’s Jr legion baseball team now has lost two games to Middleton this summer including a 7-2 loss Thursday night. David Mc Donald was the losing pitcher for the Baraboo Jr’s who are now 5-7 overall with their next game on Sunday afternoon at Waupun. The Baraboo Bandits Sr legion team is also 5-7 overall now with a home DH vs La Crosse Central on Sunday afternoon.
Reedsburg’s 17-year old legion baseball team now has lost two in a row after a 7-0 start including a 2-1 loss last night in Reedsburg against Portage in a well pitched game on both sides. The Reedsburg 17’s host the Madison Lakers tonight at 7 PM at Nishan Park.
The Reedsburg 18-19 year old legion baseball squad improves to 8-2 for the summer with a 5-0 win over Portage last night at Nishan Park. Zach Downing and Taylor Seep combined to pitch the Reedsburg shutout with Downing getting the win. This Reedsburg team went 6-0 for the week and is idle now until next week’s State Line Inter-League Tournament.
